Mark your calendars this year’s Comics Fest will be Saturday, April 20. It’s 5 months away, but it’s amazing how fast that time is flying. I definitely think that this will be the best Comics Fest yet. One reason I think this will be the best Comics Fest ever is that we just confirmed that Raina Telgemeier will be attending! She’ll be giving workshops and presentations. That’s right, you can learn how to make comics from Raina Telgemeier! For those who are familiar with Raina, let us all cheer together: YAY! For those who are not familiar with Raina, she is the author/artist of the books Drama and Smile, the adapter and illustrator of The Baby-sitters Club graphic novel series, and the co-author of X-Men: Misfits. Exciting right?
