Don’t like to draw but you want to make a comic? Here are some fun websites that make making a comic easy. Even if you like drawing these can be fun to play around with.

With Marvel’s Create Your Own Comic tool you can use some of your favorite Marvel characters to make a strip or a whole comic book. The templates are easy to use – you just click and drag backgrounds, characters, sound effects and speech bubbles.

Readwritethink.org‘s Comic Creator has fun characters but they don’t let you change the way the characters are facing or adjust their sizes. It can be a little frustrating if you’ve got a clear idea of what you want to do but if you want a really straight-forward, uncomplicated comics generator this is it.

Here’s a comic I made with readwritethink.org’s creator (it’s okay, I know it doesn’t make much sense):

Makebeliefscomix.com‘s comics generator is my favorite online comic creation tool. There are a lot of great character options with different poses so they don’t always have to look the same in each panel. It also has a lot of flexibility that the other generators don’t have to change sizes, directions, etc. You can really get creative with this one!
